Billing & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, renewals, and cancellations work for Prepor subscriptions.

Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your plan is charged in advance for the billing period you select (monthly, season pass, or annual). Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automaticallyat the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We'll use the payment method on file.

How to cancel

  • Go to Settings → Billing.
  • Select Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal.
  • Cancel your subscription there.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of your current paid period; we don't prorate partial periods unless required by law.

Price changes

If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify you in advance. Changes take effect on your next renewal.
