Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for Prepor subscriptions. Prepor is operated by Waypoint Development LLC.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. Because the product is digital and available right away, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Prepor.

Canceling

You can cancel anytime from Settings, then Billing through the Stripe customer portal. Canceling stops future billing. Your access continues through the end of your current paid billing period.

Discretionary refunds

Prepor may approve a refund at its discretion in limited circumstances, such as a duplicate charge or a billing error. To ask us to review a charge, email support@prepor.co and we will respond in good faith.

No outcome guarantee

Prepor does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes, and such results are not grounds for a refund.
