Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Prepor. Prepor is operated by Waypoint Development LLC ("Prepor," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Prepor is a study tool that provides investment banking interview practice questions and automated feedback. Prepor is for interview preparation only. Practice content is for educational purposes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Prepor. If you are under 18, you may use paid features only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute questions or model answers.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not submit confidential, proprietary, highly sensitive, employer owned, bank owned, or third party copyrighted materials that you do not have the rights to use.

AI feedback

Feedback and scores are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect. They are guidance, not a guarantee of accuracy. Prepor does not guarantee interviews, offers, job outcomes, or performance.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are billed through Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel anytime in Settings through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues through the end of your paid billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Prepor. Intellectual property

Prepor and its content are owned by Waypoint Development LLC. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own interview preparation.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prepor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
